What are the licensing requirements to become a real estate broker in WA?

To become a licensed broker one must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Complete 90 hours of approved real estate course work (this can be completed in person or online)
• Pass a broker’s exam
