Hi! I’m Megan Davis and I’ve been a real estate broker in the Seattle area since 2017. In working with buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams of home ownership, I’ve learned so much about how a career in real estate can positively impact lives of agents. I’m passionate about helping other people realize their potential in this industry. Prior to real estate I worked in retail, customer service, and data analytics. All of those previous roles prepared me to stand out as an agent and deliver a stellar experience for my clients.

Every real estate broker in Washington state must hang their license with a brokerage and I’m affiliated with Keller Williams. KW has a reputation of being a champion of education and mentor-ship. When I was a newly licensed agent I wanted (and needed!) all the training I could get my hands on. When comparing brokerages, no one stood out more than Keller Williams on that front.
